Ever wanted to drive next to green mountains and gorgeous lakes at the same time? Well on this scenic route from Electric City to Coulee City you can do just that. Washington is known as "The Evergreen State" and you can definitely see why on this drive, especially in the spring time. There are plenty of green trees during the winter months as well with a large amount being near Devil's Punch Bowl.
The journey begins with water on both sides of you as you begin to cross Osborn Bay Lake less than a mile into the trip. Another 4 miles and you will be at Devil's Punch Bowl. Across the punch bowl to your right you can get a great view of Steamboat Rock. The rest of the drive has you venture right next to the magnificent Banks Lake and the Banks Lake Wildlife Recreation Area. Enjoy the amazing scenery and great views as you make your way into Coulee City.
